Main Definitions:

  • “Ticket” refers to a document generated by the conference ticketing system, DATA MINER
    TICKETS (devdays.lt), which grants the right to attend a specific Event or several events organized by the Organiser, UAB DATA MINER. The Ticket includes the name, place, and date of the Event, a QR code, and other information provided by the Organiser.
  • “Website” refers to the electronic website devdays.lt which belongs to UAB DATA
    MINER under copyright and is a part of the DATA MINER TICKETS system.
  • “Organiser” refers to UAB DATA MINER (legal person code 302350931, registered at (Verkių
    g. 31B-2, Vilnius, LT-09108), which has created, supports, and develops the DATA MINER
    TICKETS system, created an event in the DATA MINER TICKETS system, and sells or
    distributes Tickets to the Event.
  • “DATA MINER TICKETS” refers to the electronic ticketing system that belongs to UAB
    “DATA MINER” under copyright and is available at devdays.lt.
  • “Buyer” refers to a legal or natural person who buys or has bought a Ticket via the DATA
    MINER TICKETS system to attend an Event organized by the Organiser. A legal or natural
    person who is selling or has sold a Ticket purchased via the DATA MINER TICKETS system
    according to the procedure provided for in these Terms.
  • “Event” refers to a conference or training event organized by the Organiser, which can be
    attended only with a Ticket.
  • “Rules” refers to these Terms of Use for the DATA MINER TICKETS system.
  • “Website Visitor” refers to any person visiting or using the devdays.lt Website, regardless of their registration status.

General Provisions:

1. These Rules govern the use of the DATA MINER TICKETS system and the purchase of Tickets to attend Events organized by the Organiser.
2. By purchasing a Ticket through the DATA MINER TICKETS system or by attending an Event, the Buyer agrees to these Rules.
3. These Rules apply to all Website Visitors, regardless of their registration status.

Use of the DATA MINER TICKETS System:

1. The DATA MINER TICKETS system is used to sell Tickets to Events organized by the
Organiser.
2. Tickets can be purchased through the DATA MINER TICKETS system or through authorized
third-party vendors.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event program, speakers, or any other details
without prior notice.
4. The Organiser may offer discounts or promotions on Tickets at their discretion.
5. The Organiser is not responsible for any errors or technical issues that may occur during the
purchase process.

Rights and Liabilities of the Organiser:

1. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event program, speakers, or any other details
without prior notice.
2. The Organiser may offer discounts or promotions on Tickets at their discretion.

4. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to any Ticket holder for any reason.
5. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Buyer:

1. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of Event cancellation or date change. In such cases,
the Buyer will be offered a refund or the option to transfer the Ticket to the new date.
2. Tickets are not transferable to other individuals. The name on the Ticket must match the name of
the attendee.
3. The Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the Ticket information, including the Event
date, location, and any other details.
4. The Buyer must present a valid Ticket and government-issued identification at the Event.
5. The Buyer consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as a member of the conference
audience. The Organiser reserves the right to use any such footage for promotional or other
purposes.

Registration:

1. To purchase a Ticket through the DATA MINER TICKETS system, the Buyer must register and
create an account.
2. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for
any actions taken through their account.
3. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Circumstances Related to the Event:
1. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event program, speakers, or any other details
without prior notice.
2. The Organiser may offer discounts or promotions on Tickets at their discretion.
3. In the case of Event cancellation or date change, the Buyer will be offered a refund or the option
to transfer the Ticket to the new date.
4. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

Processing of Personal Data:

1. The Organiser will process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with applicable laws and
regulations.
2. The Buyer has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of their
personal data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to file a complaint with the
relevant supervisory authority.
3. The Organiser will use the Buyer’s personal data for the purpose of selling Tickets, organizing
Events, and for other purposes as described in the Organiser’s privacy policy.

Responsibility of UAB DATA MINER:

1. UAB DATA MINER is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the DATA MINER
TICKETS system.
2. UAB DATA MINER is not responsible for any errors or technical issues that may occur during
the purchase process.
3. UAB DATA MINER is not responsible for the content of the Events or the actions of the
Organiser.

Requirements for Safe Behaviour:

1. The Buyer must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Organiser at the
Event.
2. The Buyer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Organiser and supersede
any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
2. These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3. Any disputes arising from these Rules will be resolved through the courts of the Republic of
Lithuania.

4. If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
will remain in full force and effect.
5. The Organiser may update these Rules at any time without
