Pawel Piwosz | The Fellowship of the Stack. How I built the AI powered Digital Sovereignty Assessment platform

AI Engineering, Sovereignty, DevOps

A quest, not a sprint.

It began with a question: how sovereign is an organization, truly? And is there any way to know for sure? A Fellowship formed - tokens and vectors, not Hobbits and wizards - to carry the Assessment into the Fires of Production.

The Shire of Requirements, where everyone nods at “just use an LLM” and nobody asks what happens when the context window runs out.

The Mines of pgvector: dark, vast, treacherous. Many have fallen there.

The Ridge of RAG, where one wrong step means hallucination on one side and retrieval irrelevance on the other.

The Misty Mountains of Prompts, where Pawel learned that a prompt is not a question - it’s a contract.

Beneath Docker Mountain lies the shelter: the full Docker AI toolset, running the stack locally.

Then comes Production: the Land of Desolation.
The Assessment survived.

In this talk, Pawel invites attendees to join the Fellowship and discover the patterns that work.
